We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable nail colors and designs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles.
• Experience with hair styling, hair threading, barbering, dermabrasion, and body waxing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform retail math for sales transactions and inventory management.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn new skills.
