Nail Technician / Pedicurist

Duties

• Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure treatments tailored to client preferences.

• Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain licensure as per state or local regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Pedicurist.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, and nail extensions.
• Knowledge of salon safety standards, disinfection procedures, and proper sanitation practices.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Up-to-date with current industry trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Valid Cosmetology License or Nail License is required.
