Duties

• Perform various nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive atmosphere.

Skills

• Strong understanding of color theory to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster client relationships and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Background in cosmetology with experience in nail care techniques.
• Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair extensions, esthetic laser treatment, hair threading, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and barbering is a plus.
• Proficient in retail math for effective upselling of products and services.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
