Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services including gel manicures, Gel-X nail extensions, and nail care treatments.
• Conduct pedicures and manicure services with attention to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Apply esthetic treatments such as facial and body waxing, a variety of facial techniques, and the willingness to learn others such as airbrush tanning.
• Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques in color theory, and new product offerings to deliver innovative services.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, and nail care techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships.
