Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques, including esthetic laser treatments when applicable.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist with sales tracking and inventory management.
• Familiarity with hair threading, hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, and other beauty services is a plus.
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality nail care services.
• Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends.
