Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and full body wax.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Provide expert advice on nail care and waxing, and recommend products to clients.
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or hair styling when appropriate.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
- Assist clients in selecting colors, designs, and treatments that suit their preferences.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments effectively.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Nail Technician/wax role is preferred.
- Knowledge of eyelash tint, eyelash lift, and UV gel is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Certification in cosmetology or relevant training is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in nail design.
