• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend services, and provide personalized care
• Educate clients on nail care routines, products, and retail options to enhance their overall experience
• Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through upselling techniques
• Follow all salon safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for both clients and staff

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
• Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and salon safety protocols
• Skilled in applying gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures including disinfection practices for tools and workspaces
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently
• Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is a plus
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations
