Nail Technician at Tanghulu Nails

Position Overview

We are looking for a Nail Technician to apply press-on nails for customers and support daily store operations. This is not a traditional salon role — we focus on wearable press-on nails. Training will be provided, but basic nail experience is required. This role has a clear path to grow into a Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Apply press-on nails for customers (fast, clean, professional)
• Recommend styles and assist customers with selection
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards
• Support inventory and daily store operations
• Learn store systems and team management processes

Requirements

• Must have experience doing nails (on yourself or others)
• Basic understanding of nail shapes, sizing, and application
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible and reliable

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous nail technician or salon experience
• Retail or customer service experience
• Leadership or management experience
• Loves social media
• Comfortable being on camera
• Interested in beauty entrepreneurship
• Self-motivated and proactive
