Blush & Brow Spa and Salon is seeking a highly experienced, talented, and passionate Master Nail Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a true professional with years of hands-on experience, advanced technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate is confident working in a high-end, fast-paced spa and salon environment and takes pride in creating a luxury experience for every guest. An established clientele is strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel services, enhancements, and nail art
• Provide advanced nail care treatments, including cuticle care, shaping, detailed finishing, and polish application
• Customize services based on each client's individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle
• Consult with clients and provide professional recommendations for nail care and appropriate products
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while delivering consistently high-quality results
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon and industry standards
• Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and industry standards
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Several years of professional nail technician experience
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in gel, gel extensions, dazzle dry, nail enhancements, and nail art
• Strong understanding of proper nail care, sanitation, and safety practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and luxury experience for every client
• Comfortable working in a high-end, fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and continued professional growth
• Established clientele is strongly preferred
• Nail Technician License (Required)
