Nail Technician at Shades by Shar Nail & Beauty Lounge

We are building a team of skilled and enthusiastic Nail Technicians to grow with our brand or to collaborate their own brand through space rental! The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and design, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards and ensuring our clients leave with beautifully manicured nails and a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail trimming, cuticle care, and hand/foot massage.
• Apply nail polish, gel, acrylics, and other nail enhancements.
• Create nail art designs as requested by clients.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort.
• Advise clients on proper nail care and recommend products as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Assist with inventory management and product orders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Nail Technician.
• Relevant certification or license in Nail Technology (not required).
• Strong knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Proficiency in nail art and design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in a high-end salon or spa environment.
• Familiarity with the latest nail products and techniques.
• Creative skills for designing custom nail art.
