• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and care routines based on individual needs.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining hygiene compliance.
• Familiarity with cosmetology practices including body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products effectively.
• Basic understanding of retail math for sales transactions and inventory management is advantageous.
