Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tone
• Educate clients on nail care routines, maintenance tips, and retail products to enhance their experience
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Keep detailed records of services provided, products used, and client preferences for future appointments
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail techniques, and new product offerings to continually elevate your craft
• Being bilingual is a plus!

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license with certification in nail care or related specialties
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail services and customer service excellence
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols within a salon setting
• Familiarity with advanced techniques such as gel application, acrylics, nail art design, and cuticle care
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
