BIAB Nail Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and talented BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) licensed nail technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver expert nail care services, specializing in BIAB manicures, while providing exceptional customer service that leaves clients feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise in nail enhancements, color theory, and sanitation will ensure a safe, stylish, and satisfying experience for every guest. Duties

• Perform BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) gel enhancements with precision, ensuring long-lasting and flawless results
• Provide comprehensive nail care services including shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and nail art
• Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
• Upsell retail items like nail care products, skincare essentials, or other beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

• Valid BIAB licensing or certification demonstrating expertise in gel enhancements and nail artistry
• Proven experience in professional nail care with a strong understanding of color theory and nail design techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry to uphold health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, or hair styling is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Basic retail math skills for product upselling and inventory management
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
