• Assist clients with selecting colors, designs, and enhancements that suit their preferences and occasions
• Promote retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through upselling techniques
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry innovations such as eyelash extensions or body waxing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from greeting to checkout

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care procedures, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations
• Experience with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or laser skin therapy is a plus
• Ability to perform detailed work with steady hands while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
