We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair styling to enhance client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments, including esthetic laser treatment and hair extensions.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with various nail care techniques, including dermabrasion and hair threading.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of retail math is a plus to assist in product sales.
