Part-Time Salon Manager - $27/hour - Beverly & Salem, MA

Colorful Nails is hiring a Part-Time Salon Manager to help oversee daily operations and support our team. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized leader with nail salon / salon experience who can balance hands-on support with behind-the-scenes coordination. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
• Manage and support staff: assist with scheduling, communication, and accountability
• Handle client concerns or escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor appointment flow and assist with booking/scheduling as needed
• Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and supply inventory
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support hiring and training of new staff alongside ownership
• Assist in marketing efforts (Instagram content, promotions, customer outreach)
• Communicate with ownership regularly and help implement policies or improvements

Requirements

• Must have prior salon / nail salon manager experience
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Confident, solution-oriented, and organized
• Excellent customer service and team communication skills
• Comfortable enforcing salon policies while maintaining a positive environment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with salon booking systems
• Flexible and dependable, able to work weekends or evenings if needed
