Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Med Spa Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our wellness center.
In this vital role, you will manage the front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they step in.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth flow of daily bookings.
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on available treatments, skincare products, and retail merchandise to enhance their experience.
- Handle all phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information and scheduling appointments promptly.
- Assist with upselling services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the front desk area, including merchandising and stocking retail shelves.
- Process transactions accurately through cash handling, retail math calculations, and cashiering procedures while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support supervising staff in daily tasks and contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting with training when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively.
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that foster teamwork and efficiency.
- Knowledge of basic math for retail transactions, upselling, and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries confidently and courteously.
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is a plus for maintaining organized displays.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail transactions and sales reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $19.62 - $21.04 per hour
