Massage Therapist at The Skin & Body Spa

We offer many types of massages including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Raindrop Therapy, CBD, and many others. As a therapist at our spa, you would not be required to offer all of them.

We are looking for a Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients. The ideal candidate should also have a strength in doing Deep Tissue Massage. The Skin & Body Spa has been in business for about 18 years and has developed a great reputation in our community. We have a very loyal clientele and offer competitive pay.

In addition to massage, we offer a full range of skin care and nail care services. Our sister company is a med spa called The Medical Skin Clinic where you can take advantage of great discounts.

We pride ourselves in having a very friendly environment for our team and clients. The Skin & Body Spa is a drama-free zone where we work hard to create an amazing experience for our clients while also enjoying our time at work.

Responsibilities

• Performing Deep Tissue and Swedish Massages. Performing other massages on our menu is a plus.
• Keeping rooms clean and sanitized
• Working well as a team
• Recommending at-home products to clients
• Recommending that clients book future massages to maintain a healthy lifestyle

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Experience in client assessment and service
• Skilled in therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
• Ability to manage pain effectively
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa setting

Hours Needed

• Sundays 9–5
• Mondays 2–9
• Tuesdays 2–9
• Wednesdays 3–9
• Thursdays 9–1
• Fridays (Alternating) 4–9 and 5:30–9
• Subbing when available
