Massage Therapist at Train Reign Recover

Train Reign Recover is a small business in Auburn, MA. We are a small group of professional athletic-minded therapists committed to providing outstanding service to athletic people, those with injuries, and pre- or post-surgery.

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and possess a strong knowledge of various massage techniques and therapies. We are currently seeking to add more staff to handle volume from a nearby college athletic program.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy per the client needs
• Conduct patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Utilize deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote overall wellness

Skills

• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, pain management, and movement
• Experience in client assessment and developing tailored treatment plans
• Strong client service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Experience with kinesiotaping, cupping, and scraping is a plus

Requirements

• Massage Therapy License in MA (Required)
• Deep tissue massage: 1 year (Preferred)
