Room Rental Details

Fairly new building with a fully furnished massage room (massage table not included).
High-traffic area, located near Target (550 3rd Ave Ext, Rensselaer, NY), across from Yankee Trails with lots of visibility.
LMT is responsible for providing lotion and linens; however, there is a washer & dryer on site available for therapist use.
Service rates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning the rental arrangement.
