You will deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments and massage therapies designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and skin health. - Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion to improve skin health and appearance
- Provide body waxing services such as full-body waxing and specialized techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
- Administer massage therapy sessions focusing on relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness using various massage techniques
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their treatment results and overall experience
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Promote additional aesthetic treatments like makeup application or specialized skin therapies to support client goals
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Esthetician with certification in massage therapy from an accredited program
- Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
- Skilled in providing spa services including waxing, body waxing, and massage therapy with attention to client comfort and safety
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and products effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or skincare setting
- Ability to build rapport with clients through excellent customer service and professional demeanor
