Massage Therapist at SOLÉNE Medical Aesthetics

SOLÉNE Medical Aesthetics is a modern luxury wellness and aesthetics destination dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their best. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Massage Therapist to become part of our founding team.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful, supportive environment.

Massage therapy students who have completed their program and are awaiting state testing are encouraged to apply.

Position

• Per Diem / As booked / based on your availability
• Flexible scheduling
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal (if certified), Sports, and other modalities within your scope of practice.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and home recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with our aesthetics and wellness team to create an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Massage Therapy License (or recent graduate awaiting licensure/testing)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Passion for wellness, healing, and helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
