This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their beauty and wellness through a variety of services, while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions.
- Provide thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
- Manage social media accounts to showcase services, promote special offers, and engage with clients.
- Demonstrate excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Assist with front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
- Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
