Licensed Massage Therapist
We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our team.We offer flexible shifts. We would like at least one of the following days to be covered: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday.
We are open to the following shift options:
- One day every other week
- One day per week
- Two days per week
Pay is per massage and not per hour. Minimum pay is $50 per treatment hour performed. We also offer profit sharing.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
- Apply physiology knowledge and anatomy expertise to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions
- Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and medical history using clear medical terminology
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety standards, and CPR certification requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current CPR certification
- Proven experience in massage therapy, especially in med spa settings or occupational health environments
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Experience performing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy effectively
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and pain management strategies
- Prior work in customer service-oriented roles that emphasize patient care and satisfaction
- Knowledge of occupational health practices to support workplace wellness initiatives
