Compensation & Growth

• First-year commission starts at 40%
• Annual opportunities for commission increases

Therapists begin with pricing approximately 15% below the founder's rates while building their clientele and experience.

Current service pricing:

• Moonchild Signature Treatment (60 min): $130
• Thai Bodywork (60 min): $158
• 90 Minute Treatments: $186
• 120 Minute Treatments: $252

Duties

• Provide professional massage and bodywork services to clients
• Deliver Traditional Thai Bodywork and therapeutic treatments according to Moonchild standards
• Assess client needs and adapt sessions appropriately
• Learn and apply nervous system regulation principles in treatment sessions
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes
• Educate clients on self-care and wellness recommendations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Support a positive, team-oriented healing environment
