About Us

Emerge is an owner-led holistic wellness center run by two licensed acupuncturists who are also LMTs. The work here is therapeutic: deep tissue, injury and pain recovery, myofascial, craniosacral, medical massage. People come in to actually get better. We bill insurance and keep a steady flow of clients coming through, so for a therapist clients want to rebook with, there's real room to build a full book. We're a 6,200-square-foot facility with a lot going on beyond massage, so there's plenty to grow into.

What You'll Do

• Deliver customized therapeutic sessions, blending deep tissue, myofascial, craniosacral, and more to fit each client
• Keep clear SOAP notes for every session, which matters for insurance billing and continuity of care
• Build relationships with your clients and make honest recommendations
• Work alongside our acupuncturists, LMTs, and wellness practitioners on care that's genuinely integrative
• Keep growing your skills through cross-training and continued learning

What We're Looking For

• Active NY LMT license in good standing (the one hard requirement)
• Real, confident skill with deep tissue and therapeutic/medical massage
• Someone who wants to keep learning. We do a lot of injury and clinical work, and if you're hungry for it, we'll teach you.
• Reliable, warm with clients, and easy to have on a team
• Newer grads with real drive are encouraged to apply

The Setup

Every treatment room is already loaded with tools most studios don't have. An amethyst biomat warming every table, red light, a terahertz wand (a frequency tool clients describe as warm and deeply soothing), Young Living oils within reach. Everything's provided and set up before you arrive, so all your attention goes to the body in front of you.

Weekend availability is a plus (Saturday and Sunday are our prime times), and full-time roles include at least one weekend day.
