Licensed Massage Therapist
We are seeking a talented, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in a refined, client-centered luxury medical spa environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each client's wellness journey while working alongside a collaborative team committed to exceptional care, professionalism, and continued growth.What You'll Do
- Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal results
- Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to target specific areas of pain or tension effectively
- Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments for wellness and post-procedure recovery
- Educate clients on treatment plans and self-care recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical history in compliance with licensing standards
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health regulations, sanitation protocols, and CPR certification
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience preferred
- Proficient in a variety of massage modalities, including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Certification or experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is required
- Experience working with post-surgical, medical spa, or wellness clients is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
