Massage Therapist / Head Spa Specialist

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
• Educate clients on pain management strategies, post-treatment care, and overall wellness practices
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with team members to develop new spa services and improve client experiences
• Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and advancements in physiology knowledge and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with specialization in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy; med spa experience is highly desirable
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately
• Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform treatment approaches
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and best practices in spa environments
