What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional full massage treatments, from Swedish and deep tissue to specialized modalities like medical massage, myofascial release, hot stone, prenatal, and more.
• Conduct client consultations, assess needs, and create personalized care plans tailored to each individual's wellness goals.
• Maintain a serene, organized treatment space, ensuring a seamless client experience by meticulously cleaning and setting up treatment rooms between appointments.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (acupuncturists, herbalists, and more) to elevate holistic outcomes and integrate massage into comprehensive treatment plans.
• Inspire clients with your warmth, turning every session into a transformative step toward their wellness goals.
• Bring fresh ideas to our practice, contributing to a culture of growth and innovation.

What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?

• A valid Massachusetts state massage therapy license (active and in good standing).
• Ideally 1+ years of experience in a clinical, spa, or wellness setting, but we're excited to welcome passionate newer therapists eager to learn and grow.
