Deep Tissue Massage Therapist at Revived Athlete Recovery & Massage

Revived Athlete Recovery & Massage is expanding into our new 4,200+ sq. ft. location inside the Worcester Ice Center, creating one of the area's premier destinations for sports recovery.

We are seeking passionate, motivated, and growth-oriented Licensed Massage Therapists who specialize in deep tissue and are excited to work with athletes, active adults, and clients looking to move and feel better.

What You'll Do

• Perform exceptional deep tissue, sports, injury-focused, and therapeutic massage treatments
• Educate clients on recovery, injury prevention, and treatment recommendations
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding care
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary recovery team
• Help create an energetic, welcoming, and professional environment
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education

Paid Training

We invest in our therapists. All new team members receive paid onboarding and hands-on training covering:

• Revived treatment philosophy
• Assessment and clinical reasoning
• Deep tissue techniques
• Client communication
• Customer service expectations
• Business systems and software
• Team standards and procedures

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts
• Confident performing deep tissue massage
• Passionate about helping people recover and perform at their best
• Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Motivated to continue learning and growing
• Comfortable working with athletes and active individuals

Athletic background is recommended but not mandatory.
