Massage Therapist at Mirbeau

At Mirbeau, we've spent more than 25 years delivering award-winning hospitality rooted in wellness, care and excellence. As a Forbes-rated, family-owned company, we're committed to creating a workplace where our people feel supported, respected and empowered to grow. That's why health, balance and well-being are core values in everything we do.

Mirbeau massage therapists are more than service providers — they're wellness professionals who bring presence, skill, and intention to every treatment, uphold discretion and consistency, and contribute to a guest journey rooted in wellness and revitalization. In this role, you'll deliver thoughtful, expert treatments with warmth, professionalism, and calm, grounded energy. A valid license, excellent communication skills, and a guest-oriented personality are essential, along with a true passion for helping others feel balanced, renewed, and deeply cared for.

Only the best bring focused skill and intentional care to every touch.

Come find your balance — and your future — with us.

Full-time therapists have the potential to make up to $130,000 per year. Compensation includes fixed fees per service, guest gratuities, enhancement incentives, retail commissions and other incentive opportunities.

Schedule — Nights 3pm–9pm and weekends are required.
