Eliza Williams Spa in Providence is growing with a fresh vision, and we are looking for talented and motivated Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality massage and bodywork services tailored to client needs.

Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sensitivity in every client interaction.

Comply with all spa policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Encourage clients to schedule future appointments and support client retention.

Follow work schedules as assigned by management.

Maintain a positive attitude with flexibility regarding evenings and Saturdays.

Assist in maintaining clean, organized treatment areas and support team members.

Stay open to learning and adopting new skills in a wellness setting.

Preferred Modalities

Experience or interest in the following modalities is preferred (training opportunities provided):

Athletic/Sports Massage

Medical/Clinical Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Deep Tissue Massage

Prenatal Massage

Cupping Therapy

Hot Stone Massage

Body Treatments (wraps and scrubs)

Qualifications

Active RI Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) License – required.

Professional liability insurance – required.

Entry-level experience welcome; advanced modalities a plus.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
