The Beach Plum Spa @ the Danl Webster Inn is seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Nail Technician Professional to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in nail artistry, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and uphold health standards
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care treatments and products
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized work station and manage appointment schedules efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with specialization in nail technology from an accredited program
• Proven experience in performing professional nail services with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of color theory for custom nail art designs and aesthetic enhancements
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to perform advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, barbering techniques, and retail sales is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and upselling products or additional services
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods while providing detailed nail care services
