Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Esthetician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty treatments, medspa experience, and enhancing clients' well-being. Join our team as an Aesthetician and be part of a dynamic and growing beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning
• Conduct facial and body waxing services with precision and attention to detail
• Administer esthetic laser treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation
• Provide makeup applications for special events or daily wear
• Manage client consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Utilize Boulevard software for scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Demonstrate proficiency in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote services and attract new clients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician
• Experience in med spa setting is preferred
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
