Licensed Lash Technician – Independent Opportunity with Room Access

Job Description

We're looking for a Licensed Lash Technician to operate independently out of our beauty and wellness-focused space in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or self-driven lash artist who wants the freedom to grow their business while working in a professional, supportive environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state law)
• Certified in eyelash extensions (classic required; volume/hybrid preferred)
• Certified in lash lift & tint and lash lamination
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing lash services on clients
• Strong knowledge of lash health, isolation, styling, and aftercare
• Ability to perform services including: Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, and Lash Lamination
• Excellent sanitation and hygiene practices
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or master lash certifications
• Experience with custom lash mapping and styling
• Knowledge of proper removal and correction techniques
• Retail or product recommendation experience
• Active social media presence or portfolio of work (Instagram preferred)

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and steady hand skills
