Duties

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art equipment, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin type, treatment areas, and individual goals
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure safety
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently using salon software such as Vagaro or similar platforms
• Promote additional aesthetic services including body sculpting, dermabrasion, bleaching, and facials
• Uphold professional standards of cosmetology and barbering when performing related beauty services
• Consult clients and create treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills

• Valid licensure as a Laser Hair Removal Technician with relevant state certification
• Proven experience in retail sales to confidently recommend treatments and products that meet client needs
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming environments that foster trust and loyalty
• Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure safe treatment environments for clients and staff
• Ability to educate clients on treatment options while providing professional guidance tailored to individual goals

Compensation & Benefits
