We are seeking a professional, licensed hairstylist who is skilled, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality hair services and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is consistent, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of professionalism, time management, and client care. This role is best suited for a stylist who is confident in their skills, takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and is looking for a long-term salon home—not a temporary stop.

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury sew-ins, quick weaves, and extension services with consistency and care • Provide excellent customer service from consultation to completion • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation • Follow salon policies, schedules, and service standards • Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a positive environment • Uphold the salon’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Active Georgia Cosmetology License (required) • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience behind the chair • Strong skills in sew-ins, extensions, and protective styling • Professional appearance and demeanor • Reliable, punctual, and coachable • Ability to work full-time and commit to a consistent schedule • Must value professionalism, structure, and long-term growth
