Duties

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments such as hair extensions, updos, keratin treatments, waxing and more!
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on hair type and face shape.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each client to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Apply color theory principles to achieve vibrant, customized color results tailored to each client's preferences.
• Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and accessories to meet client needs while supporting store sales goals.
• Responsibilities including greeting clients and booking appointments.
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices in hair techniques, customer service excellence, and salon operations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and new product offerings.
