What We Look For

• A current Massachusetts Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Background in waxing or skin care preferred; sugaring experience a plus (but not required — we train!).

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services for women and men.
• Provide skin consultations and brow consultations prior to service.
• Educate clients on skin health and aftercare.
• Build repeat clientele through excellent service and follow-up.
• Promote memberships, packages, and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and personal earning potential.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist with salon sanitation.
• Participate in employee training and development meetings (bi-monthly or monthly).

Pay & Earning Potential

• Paid Training: $15/hr during your first training week.
• Starting Base Pay: $17–$21/hr + tips (typically $5–$10/hr extra).
• Commission: Once you begin selling memberships and retail products (after 2–3 months), average hourly pay grows to $25–$35/hr.
• High Performers: With strong sales and full schedules, top estheticians in Massachusetts can earn $35,000–$85,000+ annually.
• Total Pay Range: $17.00–$42.00 per hour (including base, tips, and commissions).
