Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare and committed to providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is personable, motivated, and eager to grow within our spa family. Experience with makeup application is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and specialized spa therapies.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience.
• Provide makeup services when needed (bonus but not required).

Qualifications

• Current esthetician license in Massachusetts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client satisfaction.
• Motivated, professional, and eager to grow with a supportive team.
• Makeup skills are a plus.
