Overview

Please be extremely passionate about waxing and working hard to perfect your craft before applying for this position. This position is not limited to waxing but the majority of services is waxing. At The Perfected Flower we believe we give the Perfect wax! Brazilian wax is our #1 service. You will be thoroughly trained in the preferred method of waxing-The Perfected Flower method. This is an open-minded and respectful workplace and yet very professional. We have high standards for excellence :)

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services for various body areas, including legs, arms, Brazilian, and facial areas.
• Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide clients with pre- and post-waxing care instructions to enhance their experience.
• Offer additional beauty services such as makeup application, eyelash lift, facials, vagacials, spray tan, and brow lamination.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for future treatments.

Experience

• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics is required; additional trainings is also a plus.
• Familiarity with square software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus but we have no problem training.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Friendly, respectful, kind, professional, willing to learn, ready to work for your dreams.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
