Position 1: Licensed Esthetician

Bella Couture is a full service Salon and Spa. We are now hiring an experienced, licensed Lash Tech Esthetician.

Looking for talent within Volume Lash Extension, Hybrid Eyelash Extensions as well as Classic Eyelash Extensions. Looking for someone knowledgeable, talented, certified, and experienced. Beneficial to be versatile. Are you creative, and talented, within a flawless, makeup application catering bridal parties? Can you service a lash lift and tint?

As well, hiring a licensed esthetician who can fulfill results driven facials and esthetics services. Talents seeking for esthetician include: micro-needling, derma planing, micro-dermabrasion and aqua facials, peels, and advanced facial treatment services. Must provide a deluxe spa facial with a delightful, quality massage. Looking for someone knowledgeable and experienced.

Position 2: Hairstylist

We are seeking a talented Hairstylist to join our dynamic team at Bella Couture Salon & Day Spa in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality hairstyling services that enhance our clients' beauty and confidence. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding customer experiences.

Hairstylist Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hairstyling services tailored to clients' needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling.
• Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Hairstylist Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of hair care products and techniques, including hair extensions.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Work Environment & Schedule

Experienced Applicants have options for part-time or full-time schedule Tuesday through Friday evenings and Saturdays. Newly renovated esthetics room for rent. Clean, comfortable space to occupy and utilize. In facility receptionist, online booking, App scheduling for convenience and organization. Established clientele to gain. On point with education and trend.
