• Estheticians with hands-on experience in the treatment room performing facials
• Estheticians with an existing clientele are a plus, and compensation can be negotiated accordingly

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional skincare & beauty services
• Educate clients on treatments and products
• Check out clients and close out sales
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Assist with daily operations, including cleaning, sanitizing, inventory, and social media posts
• Perform opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician license
• Proficient in facial and body waxing services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting rate based on experience, including hourly pay, commission, and gratuity
• Pay increases after probationary period based on performance
• Flexible hours Monday–Saturday, with morning and evening shifts available
