Licensed Esthetician at Afrodita Studio

Job Description

Afrodita Studio strives to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to all our clients, and we are expanding our skincare services to include various treatments.

We are in need of a licensed esthetician to provide facial treatments to our clients, depending on the package. To excel in this position, you must be motivated and have excellent customer-facing skills. You will be responsible for product sales as well as service delivery. If you have prior experience working in a spa or are a frequent spa-goer, you will fit right in, so please send in your application.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and present our range of products and services
• Perform facial treatments and other skincare services based on our clients' chosen packages
• Sell lotions, creams, and other skincare products
• Encourage clients to return and offer coupons and other benefits to incentivize repeat visits
• Participate in ongoing training programs and staff meetings
• Train new estheticians as they join our team
• Provide skincare advice to clients with problematic skin or areas
• Ability to upsell products to our clients based on the products you use during service delivery

Requirements

• State esthetician license required
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and weekends
• Proficiency in applying skincare products and makeup
• Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)
• Customer service experience: 1 year (desirable)
• Day shift availability (mandatory)

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
