Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
• Provide advanced aesthetic procedures such as micro-needling and Hydrafacial.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement client treatments.
• Assist with social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your skills through professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively promote products.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Proficient in Zo Skin Health, Skinceutical and Image a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
