Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet clients' unique needs.
• Perform body waxing if qualified.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to infection control protocols and proper sanitation procedures for all tools and equipment.
• Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to document treatments, client preferences, and progress.
• Assist with sales by recommending products that complement treatments and enhance client results.
• Support infection control practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with a focus on esthetic services.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, or medical esthetic procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control protocols, and hygiene practices within a spa or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and advanced techniques like eyelash extensions or tattooing is a plus.
• Experience using EMR systems for client record management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products and services effectively.
