Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our wide range of treatments and products. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and radiant while contributing to a welcoming salon environment.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Provide advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, botulinum toxin injections, and tattoo removal procedures.
• Assist clients with product demos, skincare consultations, and personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols for all treatments.
• Manage client appointments using salon software such as Fresha; ensure smooth scheduling and guest flow.
• Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatments to enhance client results.
• Engage with clients through social media management to showcase services, share promotions, and build community presence.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with experience in cosmetology or esthetic treatments.
• Proficiency in management software like Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon/spa setting.
• Experience with advanced skincare procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and nail care is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform hair styling, hair extensions, barbering techniques, and nail care services is a plus.

Compensation

Pay: $250.00 - $1,500.00 per day
