About Us

Golden Cuts Studio is a busy, modern barbershop in downtown Lowell. Our team specializes in fades, tapers, shaves, braids, and custom styles. We have steady walk-in traffic, online booking, and a supportive environment that helps each barber grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, line-ups, and shaves
• Maintain a clean and professional workstation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage appointments through our booking system (training provided)
• Collaborate with a team of barbers and stylists

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Barber License
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong portfolio)
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to build clientele
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Portfolio or Instagram with recent work

Compensation

• Chair Rental OR Hourly (to be discussed in interview)
