The Local Barbershop isn't your average shop—we've built a high-energy, rock & roll–inspired space with a loyal and growing clientele. What We're Looking For

• Licensed Barber (Massachusetts license)
• Dependable and professional
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Clean, organized, and respectful of shared space
• Team player who contributes to a positive shop culture
• Solid technical skills (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.)
