Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, lash & brow treatments, makeup application and spray tanning.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client experience.
• Utilize salon software VAGARO for appointment management and client records.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience in a med spa environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the highest level of service.

Skills

• Proficient in various aesthetic techniques makeup application.
• Knowledge of color theory and retail sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician with a strong portfolio of work
• A following of clientele is highly preferred
• Active Aesthetician or cosmetology license valid in MA
• Social media presence
• Ability to conduct product demos and drive retail sales
• Strong communication skills with a focus on upselling services
• Minimum of 2 years of Aesthetic experience
• ZO Skinhealth knowledge preferred
• The ideal candidate is reliable, communicative, resourceful and independent.
